Due to the nature of sublimation colors may not reflect the picture shown.
Also due to the nature of sublimation there will be a seem in the back where the file lines up at.
If you are not satisfied with your tumbler, I do take returns 7 days after the package is delivered. BUT the tumbler has to be sent back to me at the buyers expense before I will issue a refund. Personalized tumblers are NOT returnable.
